Orders & Payment
All orders should take around 5 -10 working days from the estimated date of shipment given. International orders may take longer to arrive due to unforseen circumstances and custom clearance processes. This excludes weekends & public holidays.

If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, please check your spam mailbox or drop us an email at help@chuck-s.co with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
Oh no! We're so sorry about that! Please drop an email to help@chuck-s.co with the subject line "Help! I've been charged wrongly for my order!" and include any details and receipts you have in your email.
Once we've settled on all the details, please note that it will take up to 14 days for you to receive your refund. If you have not receive your refund in 14 days, please email us at help@chuck-s.co and we'll look into it.
All orders made outside of Malaysia are in USD or SGD only.
Please check your order status with the tracking number you were provided with. If you are unable to track your order, please email us at help@chuck-s.co with all your order details.
You will not be allowed to use multiple promo codes at the same time.
At the moment, we only accept payments from Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards. GrabPay is only available to our Malaysian customers only. Don't worry, we're working on bring more payment options to you in the future!
Just log in and go to "My Account". You'll be able to check on all orders made through our website via that page.
Shipping
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (ddu), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.
At this point in time, we do not yet offer next day delivery.
This option is not available, unfortunately.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If in the case a return is necessary, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping fee.
Please email help@chuck-s.co within 24 hours of making your purchase. We will not be able to help with your order outside of this time frame.
You'll receive a tracking number in a separate email from your confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 working days of making your purchase, please check you spam mailbox or drop an email with your order number to help@chuck-s.co
We currently ship to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Macao, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Oh no! You can make changes to your shipping address up to an hour after purchasing. Just drop an email to info@chuck-s.co with your order details and new shipping address.
chuck's Products
Totally! Our Chuck's masks are made for you to use all day, every day if you want.
Our masks are safe for pregnant women to use, but if you would like to be extra safe, we recommend taking the ingredient list to your doctor to make sure.
For the best product quality, it's recommended you use our masks within 2 years of manufacturing date... but, we honestly think you'll love them so much, this shouldn't be a problem at all.
To really lock in all that goodness, don't wash off the mask and follow it up with your favourite moisturiser before bed time.
All our products are both fragrance and alcohol free to ensure that it makes your skin feel its best.
Our products are 100% cruelty-free which means absolutely no animal testing on any of our cute friends!
All all masks are made for all skin types, but if you have sensitive skin or just want to be careful, we recommend to checking on the ingredient list first or taking it to your dermatologist for a second look.
